The Big Texan Gas Griddle - GFE105
The Big Texan Built-In Gas Griddle, also known as Model GFE105, offers a spacious cooking surface measuring 41-1/4" wide by 15-3/4" deep. It is adaptable to both Natural Gas and Propane Gas, making it versatile for different setups. The griddle boasts three U-shaped stainless steel burners, each delivering 9,000 BTU's of power, for a combined total of 27,000 BTU's. Its construction features durable 304 stainless steel for both the frame and cooking surface, which is enhanced by a cast-iron base plate to ensure even heat distribution.
Safety is a priority with this griddle, as it includes three safety valves equipped with thermocouples to automatically cut off the gas supply in case of accidental flame extinction. The unit is user-friendly with a battery-operated ignition system for easy startup and a removable grease tray to facilitate hassle-free cleaning. Additionally, it comes with opposite gas orifices, allowing for gas conversion, and has a 3/8" gas fitting for easy installation.
