The inner ring offers a range of 3,000 to 15,000 BTUs, while the outer ring provides a maximum output of 45,000 BTUs. This flexibility in heat output allows you to tackle a wide range of cooking techniques with precision.

The Echelon Diamond Power Burner features back-lit control knobs set against an elegantly designed stainless steel facing, creating a modern and stylish appearance that perfectly matches its exceptional performance.
