The Echelon Diamond E1060S, a freestanding propane gas grill, is constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting durability. Its modern design features a sleek, contoured control panel equipped with LED backlit comfort touch knobs and a state-of-the-art digital thermometer display.

The innovative control panel offers not only temperature settings but also a 4-zone temperature reading, allowing you to monitor different areas of the grill simultaneously. It even includes a food probe for precise cooking. The user-friendly finger touch controls grant you the ability to set temperatures, keep track of cooking times, control internal lights, and select from four display colors.

The double-walled, spring-assisted hood opens a full 90 degrees, providing effortless access and improving exhaust efficiency. Inside, this grill features four cast stainless steel E-burners with 1/4-inch thick walls and precision porting, delivering a total of 112,000 BTUs. The reliable hot surface ignition ensures the burners light every time, while flash tubes serve as a backup.

Flavor grids sit above the burners to spread heat evenly and protect them from debris and grease. These flavor grids also feature attached heat zone separators, enabling you to create independent heat zones for versatile cooking options.

The 1056 square-inch cooking surface is furnished with patented Diamond Sear cooking grids, known for their matte, non-stick surface and trapezoidal shape that efficiently transfers heat from the burner to the wide surface of the cooking grids.

The adjustable warming rack above provides extra space for keeping dishes warm and can be conveniently moved out of the way when not in use. At the rear of the grill, two Quantum stainless steel infrared backburners are positioned for use with the included heavy-duty rotisserie kit. Together, they produce 22,000 BTUs. These burners utilize stainless steel foam, offering double the heat per BTU.

Additionally, Echelon Diamond grills come with a charcoal/smoker basket, allowing you to infuse your dishes with delicious, smoky flavors.

For nighttime grilling, the interior of the grill is illuminated by three halogen lights, providing ample visibility. Cleanup has been made even easier with the introduction of a larger drip tray with ball bearing glides, integrated into the disposable drip pan system.

The grill comes assembled on a stainless steel cart with dual storage doors, dual storage drawers, and two fold-down solid shelves complete with towel bars. The cart includes a 60,000 BTU power burner, flush-mounted next to the grill, providing additional cooking versatility.
