The Echelon Diamond E660S freestanding natural gas grill is a pinnacle of quality, boasting construction from 304 stainless steel for enduring durability. Its modern styling features a sleek and contoured control panel, enhanced with LED backlit comfort touch knobs and a cutting-edge digital thermometer display. The display offers a 4-zone temperature reading and can be utilized to monitor the included food probe. With intuitive finger-touch controls, you can set temperatures, track cooking time, toggle the internal lights on or off, and even select from 4 display colors.

The grill's double-walled, spring-assisted hood opens up to 90 degrees, ensuring easier access and more efficient exhaust. Inside, it houses three cast stainless steel E-burners, crafted with 1/4-inch thick walls and precision porting, delivering an impressive 75,000 BTUs of grilling power. The reliable hot surface ignition consistently lights the burners, with flash tubes as a backup. Flavor grids above the burners ensure even heat distribution and protect against debris and grease. These flavor grids include attached heat zone separators, allowing you to create independent heat zones on the grill's surface for versatile cooking options.

The cooking surface spans 660 square inches and features patented Diamond Sear cooking grids. These grids boast a matte, non-stick surface and a trapezoidal shape designed for optimal heat transfer from the burners to the extensive cooking area. The warming rack above is adjustable and can be moved aside when not in use. At the rear of the grill, a Quantum stainless steel infrared backburner is provided for the included heavy-duty rotisserie kit, generating 11,000 BTUs of radiant heat. This burner employs stainless steel foam, delivering double the heat per BTU. As an added bonus, Echelon Diamond grills include a charcoal/smoker basket for adding delectable, smoky flavor to your cooking.

For evening grilling, the interior of the grill is illuminated by two halogen lights. Cleanup is made even easier with the new, larger drip tray and ball bearing glides of the disposable drip pan system. The grill comes with a stainless steel cart, featuring two storage drawers and two side shelves. One of these shelves is foldable, while the other includes a flush-mounted 15,000 BTU side burner for additional cooking versatility. Locking casters keep the cart securely in place. A 120 VAC power source is required for ignition and lighting functions.
