The Echelon Diamond E660S freestanding propane gas grill showcases exceptional construction with its 304 stainless steel build, ensuring lasting quality. Its modern styling features a sleek, contoured control panel, complete with LED backlit comfort touch knobs and a state-of-the-art digital thermometer display. This display offers a 4-zone temperature reading and can even be used to monitor the included food probe. With intuitive finger-touch controls, you can effortlessly set temperatures, monitor cooking time, switch the internal lights on or off, and even choose from four colors for the display.

The grill's double-walled, spring-assisted hood opens a full 90 degrees, providing easier access and enhancing exhaust efficiency. Inside, the grill boasts three cast stainless steel E-burners, featuring 1/4-inch thick walls and precision porting, which combine to deliver a powerful 75,000 BTUs of cooking prowess. The reliable hot surface ignition ensures consistent burner lighting, even in conditions where others might fail, with flash tubes serving as a backup ignition system.

Flavor grids are placed above the burners to ensure heat is distributed evenly and to protect the burners from debris and grease. These flavor grids come with attached heat zone separators, allowing you to create independent heat zones at the grill's surface for a variety of cooking options. The cooking surface spans 660 square inches and consists of the patented Diamond Sear cooking grids. These grids are known for their matte, non-stick surface and trapezoidal shape, which efficiently transfer heat from the burner to the expansive cooking grid surface. The warming rack above can be adjusted and moved out of the way when not in use.

At the rear of the grill, you'll find a Quantum stainless steel infrared backburner designed for the included heavy-duty rotisserie kit. This backburner produces 11,000 BTUs of radiant heat and uses stainless steel foam, providing double the heat per BTU. To enhance your grilling experience, Echelon Diamond grills also come with a charcoal/smoker basket for adding delicious, smoky flavor to your dishes.

For nighttime grilling, the interior of the grill is thoughtfully illuminated by two halogen lights. Cleanup is a breeze with the introduction of a new, larger drip tray with ball bearing glides, which works seamlessly with the disposable drip pan system.

The grill is mounted on a stainless steel cart, featuring two storage drawers, a slide-out propane tank holder, and two side shelves for added convenience. One of these shelves folds down, while the other houses a flush-mounted 15,000 BTU side burner, offering extra cooking versatility. Locking casters keep the cart securely in place.
