The Echelon Diamond E790S freestanding natural gas grill is a testament to quality, constructed from 304 stainless steel to ensure enduring durability. Modern styling is showcased in a sleek, contoured control panel, complete with LED backlit comfort touch knobs and a state-of-the-art digital thermometer display. This display offers a 4-zone temperature reading and can be utilized to monitor the included food probe. With intuitive finger-touch controls, you can set temperatures, track cooking time, toggle the internal lights on or off, and even choose from 4 display colors.

The grill's double-walled, spring-assisted hood opens up to 90 degrees, ensuring easier access and more efficient exhaust. What truly sets this grill apart is the Magic View Window built into the hood. This heat-resistant ceramic glass window is engineered to operate at temperatures up to 1,400 degrees. It allows you to monitor the interior of your grill without having to lift the lid, thus preventing the loss of precious heat.

Inside, this grill boasts two cast stainless steel E-burners with 1/4-inch thick walls and precision porting, combined with a left side infrared burner, providing a remarkable 90,000 BTUs of grilling power. The reliable hot surface ignition consistently lights your burners, with flash tubes serving as a backup. Flavor grids situated above the burners ensure even heat distribution and protect against debris and grease. These flavor grids come with attached heat zone separators, allowing you to create independent heat zones on the grill's surface for versatile cooking options.

The expansive 792 sq. in. cooking surface comprises patented Diamond Sear cooking grids. These grids boast a matte, non-stick surface and a trapezoidal shape optimized for transferring heat efficiently from the burner to the extensive cooking area. The adjustable warming rack above provides extra space for keeping food warm and can be moved out of the way when not in use.

At the rear of the grill, a Quantum stainless steel infrared backburner is provided for the included heavy-duty rotisserie kit, generating 13,000 BTUs of radiant heat. This burner employs stainless steel foam, delivering double the heat per BTU. As an added bonus, Echelon Diamond grills come with a charcoal/smoker basket for infusing your dishes with delicious, smoky flavors.

For nighttime grilling, the grill's interior is illuminated by two halogen lights. Cleanup is made even easier with the new, larger drip tray and ball-bearing glides of the disposable drip pan system. The grill is mounted on a stainless steel cart featuring two storage drawers and two side shelves. One of these shelves is foldable, while the other contains a flush-mounted 15,000 BTU side burner for additional cooking versatility. Locking casters keep the cart securely in place. A 120 VAC power source is required for ignition and lighting functions.
