With the included 21 1/2-inch stainless steel cooking grate, you have 462 square inches of cooking space inside the drum. The grate can be mounted at three different levels using welded grate pegs, and if desired, you can add up to two additional cooking grates (sold separately) to increase the cooking capacity to a maximum of 1,386 square inches. This allows you to cook a variety of foods simultaneously or accommodate larger quantities.
